Service Agreement

By purchasing a 1:1 consultation call, you agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy

All consultation calls are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this service and the time allocated exclusively to you, no refunds will be issued once your booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your call, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated where possible.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accepted and your session may be forfeited.

Client Responsibility

You agree to arrive on time and come prepared with any relevant information, questions, or materials to make the most of your session. Missed calls or late arrivals will not be extended or refunded.

Scope of Service

This consultation is intended to provide strategic guidance, feedback, and recommendations. Results are dependent on your implementation and are not guaranteed.
